General Information
Computer engineering is concerned with the modeling, analysis, design, and applications of computer-related systems.
Its study provides education at the undergraduate level necessary to understand, design, implement and use the software and hardware of computers and systems. Students study all principal aspects of computer systems: logic design, computer system architecture, data structures, algorithms, operating system concepts, and application of hardware and software systems in both engineering and non-engineering contents. Students combine these computer engineering studies with pertinent aspects of electrical engineering such as circuit theory, signals and systems, electronic circuits and design, integrated circuits and device utilization.
